What is Herald for companies?
A shared workspace for the work around business financing. Keep company documents, bank requests, financing records and deadlines together, so your team knows what to prepare and what needs attention next.
Does my bank need to use Herald?
No, not to create an account and set up your company workspace. To work with a bank through Herald, you need a connection to that bank and the appropriate access. Creating an account does not automatically connect you to a bank or give you access to an existing company.
Does Herald provide loans?
No. Herald provides software, not loans. Your bank or financing provider decides whether to lend and sets eligibility, rates and terms. Using Herald does not guarantee financing or credit approval.
How do we get started?
If you have an invitation, open the link in that email to join the right workspace. Otherwise, choose Get started, create your Herald ID and set up your company. Access to an existing company or bank relationship must be granted separately.
